Your proprietary recipes, batch specifications, and consignee records are protected under enterprise access controls within our Colombo trade infrastructure.

We collect only the corporate data required to execute international B2B trade and regulatory clearance:

• Corporate entity registration, EORI/importer credentials, and buyer contact details.
• Pro-forma invoice, Letter of Credit, and Bill of Lading documentation records.
• Destination port, phytosanitary consignee, and courier sample delivery addresses.
• Batch traceability and quality assurance correspondence.

Data disclosure is strictly limited to authorized ocean carriers, Sri Lanka Customs, Plant Quarantine, accredited laboratories (SGS / Eurofins), and banking institutions essential to completing an export shipment. We never sell or monetize partner procurement data.
